Dozens of kites from 13 countries take part in the Jakarta International Festival 2024 at the Ancol beach in northern part of the Indonesian capital.
Winarto, the CEO of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol which manages the beach says there are also competitions and workshops during the three-day festival.
