Since the Kosovo government made the euro its only recognised currency in February, effectively banning the Serbian dinar, many of Kosovo's ethnic Serbs have struggled to access money, having long been reliant "parallel structures" -- that is, health and social services for Serbs in Kosovo funded by Serbia.
