Description
In Portugal, an NGO providing aid to Ukrainian refugees has opened a rehabilitation centre for Ukrainian soldiers wounded on the war front. The private initiative is funded by both Portuguese companies and contributions by individuals. "A lot of doctors are now on the front line or a lot of rehabilitation doctors have moved to Europe," says Anton Gulidin, Ukrainian government human rights adviser.
