Palestinians inspect the damage and clear rubble after a strike that destroyed a medical analysis laboratory and a restaurant in the central Gaza Strip. "The patients need medical tests, and the increased targeting of medical institutions reduces help for patients," says Baraa Abu Sabha, the owner of the medical analysis laboratory in Nuseirat. In the northern Gaza Strip, Israeli troops, tanks and fighter jets swooped on Gaza City on the eve of new contacts in Qatar, aiming for an eventual hostage-prisoner exchange and a truce in the war, raging into its 10th month.
