Images of the Vienna headquarters of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) as the watchdog holds a special meeting after a Russian strike on a radiation-equipped children's hospital in Kyiv, according to a confidential document seen by AFP. Ukraine has accused Russia of undermining atomic safety by striking the hospital, which receives "IAEA equipment and technical assistance" and owns "27 sources of ionising radiation" to treat cancer, according to Energy Minister German Galushchenko.
