The blue, yellow and green of the Rwandan flag will greet voters in Kigali on election day as polling stations put the final touches ahead of Monday's vote. In a catholic school in the residential district of Kagugu, nine village elders are in charge of decorating the classrooms using traditional elements, each vying to have the best looking room.
