Millions of flies are kept inside a factory in Denmark, the largest of its kind in northern Europe, where they are used to produce insect meal for animal feed and perhaps, in the future, products for human consumption. Jane Lind Sam, the 35-year-old co-founder of the company "Enorm", believes this protein-dense product has the potential to transform the food industry.
