The leader of South Africa's leftist opposition Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party, Julius Malema, tells a press conference that he thinks the country's coalition government "will not last", as MPs prepare to attend the opening of parliament in Cape Town which will be marked by a speech from the country's president, Cyril Ramaphosa. The leader of the opposition uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party in parliament, John Hlophe, similarly denounced the coalition.
