Long queues, information panels displaying travel disruptions, airport staff carrying out check-ins manually, all form part of the chaotic scenes at airports in Barcelona and Madrid as flights struggle with the effects of the global computer crash. "At Vueling (airline) they only sent me an email, without giving me any further information. They just said that the flight had been cancelled," says passenger Anel Avila, as she hopes to be able to board another flight to Florence. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
