German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock praises US President Joe Biden for his "strong transatlantic focus", after he stepped down from the upcoming US presidential election, saying that relations between Germany, Europe and the US are "closer than probably ever before". Speaking in Berlin, during a press conference alongside her Dutch counterpart Caspar Veldkamp, Baerbock also says "strong women are perhaps not a bad thing", refering to Vice President Kamala Harris' potential run for the White House.
