Portugal's Prime Minister Luis Montenegro increases a credit line to Angola during a visit to the African country. "The announcement I made of the 500 million euro increase in the Portugal-Angola credit line is also an expression of Portugal's contribution to the creation of basic and decisive infrastructures for Angola's future," he says.
