The intense heat expected on Tuesday in the Paris region, where most of the Olympic venues are located, will not lead to any postponements of events for the time being, according to the organisers, who are closely monitoring the weather with Meteo-France's forecasters. "Paris 2024 will take measures to mitigate the effects of this extreme heat on the public and the athletes," reassures one of its forecasters.
