Venezuelan opposition leader Maria Corina Machado says she has the means to "prove" that incumbent President Nicolas Maduro won the presidential election. With access to more than 70 percent of the voting records, she says, the data shows that the next president "will be Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia," who took Machado's place on the ballot after she was barred by Maduro-aligned courts.
