Description
Flowers have been left at the police cordon on Hart Street, Southport, following a stabbing in which two children were killed, with 11 other people, including six youths, in critical condition. A 17-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder near Liverpool in northwest England. Police were called to a property that was hosting a Taylor Swift-themed dance class for young children shortly before midday (1100 GMT) on Monday, 29 July. IMAGES
