Three members of the Venezuelan opposition campaign team speak to the press from a balcony at the Argentine embassy in Caracas, after Brazil assumed responsibility for the consulate, where six Venezuelan citizens remain under protection. The Brazilian Foreign Ministry has confirmed to AFP that it will assume custody of the Argentine embassy, as well as that of Peru, after Venezuela broke diplomatic relations. "We also thank the Brazilian government for taking this decision, which gives us peace of mind and allows us to continue fighting," says Pedro Urruchurtu, international coordinator for the Vente Venezuela party.
