PROFILE of German national Patrick Schobel amid reports he is being exchanged as part of a prisoner swap with Russia. Patrick Schoebel was detained on February 14, on arrival at St Petersburg's Pulkovo airport from Istanbul. An inspection of his luggage uncovered a pack of "Fink Green Goldbears", where the wrapping displays a picture of a marijuana leaf.
