Tending to her beehives in Somerset, southwest England, Lynne Ingram cuts a peaceful figure, but the master beekeeper has recently found herself coming up against an evolving foe: honey fraud. With beekeepers going out of business, Ingram -- alongside various organisations -- is calling on the UK government to take action, pointing at recently-adopted EU rules as an example. "They need to align themselves," she says, describing the EU's new rules on labelling and honey tracing as "fantastic work".
