Rescue operations are underway in the centre of Kharkiv, in eastern Ukraine, after missile strikes injured eight people, according to the Ukrainian State Emergency Services. "One of the buildings that was hit may have more people under the rubble", says Dmytro Chubenko, spokesman of the prosecutor's office of the Kharkiv region, adding that "The rubble is still being cleared".
