Long coveted by the likes of Benito Mussolini and Enver Hoxha, Albania's Sazan island could be getting a makeover after former US president Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, alongside his wife Ivanka Trump unveiled plans to revamp the coastal enclave with a touch of luxury. Excitement is palpable in some quarters: "Kushner's project will revive the island of Sazan.
