Rosa Romero never thought she'd be evicted from her modest beach house on El Salvador's coast. But a real estate and tourism boom, byproduct of President Nayib Bukele's controversial war on gangs, has left her fearing for her family's future. "My children and I are all worried because a woman has come claiming to be the owner of the land and has sued me to evict me from my property," says the 41-year-old mother of four.
