Thousands of demonstrators, including Venezuelans living in Florida, gather in Miami to protest the re-election of President Nicolas Maduro. "My dream is to return," Venezuelan Remon Lozanchez tells AFP. "That criminal Nicolas Maduro is destroying an entire people, he is kidnapping a nation."
The demonstration was one of many staged around the world in response to a call by Venezuela's opposition leader Maria Corina Machado to join a "Protest for the Truth." IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
