"I want to inform you about a very important news, we have just made an exchange (of prisoners). We have brought back home 115 of our soldiers, conscripts who have been in Russian captivity," says Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a statement in Kyiv.
Russia and Ukraine announced they had exchanged 115 prisoners of war each, just over two weeks after Kyiv launched a surprise incursion into Russia's Kursk region. SOUNDBITE
