Many Bangladeshi commuters breathed a sigh of relif after the capital Dhaka's metro resumed its services, more than a month after it was closed at the peak of a student-led protests that eventually toppled the Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina-led government. "When the metro was shut down, I had to travel by bus," says Kaosar Khan, a commuter. "That was the only mode of transport. I had to face many jams, but there is no jam on the metro."
