The head of the UN atomic agency warns that the proximity of fighting between Russian and Ukrainian troops to Russia's Kursk nuclear power plant was "extremely serious" because its reactors were particularly vulnerable. "A nuclear power plant of this type so close to a point of contact or military front is an extremely serious fact," IAEA chief Rafael Grossi says after visiting the Kursk plant. SOUNDBITE
