Palestinian Red Crescent ambulances are stopped by Israeli army vehicles on a street in the occupied West Bank town of Jenin. The Israeli military said its forces launched an operation in the north of the West Bank with the Palestinian health ministry reporting two deaths in Jenin. "Unfortunately, in the operations it is launching in the north of the West Bank, the occupation army is clearly targeting medical crews and ambulances. The latest example is today in the Faraa refugee camp where an ambulance was targeted, the staff were forced to come out of the car and the director of our center in Tubas was beaten," says Dr Younis Al Khatib, director of the Palestinian red crescent in the West Bank.
