The verdict is in: seven and six-year prison sentences for Petrosaudi director Tarek Obaid and his right-hand man Patrick Mahony. The two men were accused of embezzling $1.8 billion from the Malaysian sovereign wealth fund 1MDB. “After all these years, we're satisfied,” says Xavier Justo, the man who raised the alarm about the whole affair.
