Description
A Zimbabwe court postponed its ruling on the fate of dozens of young activists and opposition leader Jameson Timba, who were arrested in June on charges of holding an unlawful gathering. "This is really a classic case of justice delayed is justice denied," says human rights lawyer Doug Coltart. The case is postponed to September 3rd. Critics have long accused the ruling ZANU-PF party -- in power since independence in 1980 -- of stifling dissent. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
