Description
New Honduran Defence Minister, Rixi Moncada, visits the General Command of the Honduran Army and gives a speech to all generals in a welcoming ceremony after her recent appointment. Former Defence Minister José Manuel Zelaya resigned shortly after his father, Congressman Carlos Zelaya, brother-in-law of President Xiomara Castro, said he will submit to an investigation into alleged links to drug trafficking.
