Tearful relatives of victims of a primary school dormitory fire in central Kenya visit the scene of the tragedy which killed at least 17 children. Specialised teams from Kenya's Directorate of Criminal Investigations are busy working at the scene, deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, says in a statement. "They need a lot of time so that they can be able to collect the body parts and the government chemists that they can be able to check what could have happened," he says. "There is a lot of work.
