With the country gearing up for another harsh winter, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal says Ukraine will prioritise protecting its power systems amid renewed attacks from Russian forces. "Russians have their own terrorist plans to destroy our energy infrastructure," Shmygal tells reporters Tuesday, adding "We are preparing for this and understand how to get through this winter.
