Description
The United States and Britain commit to nearly $1.5 billion in support for Ukraine and promise to continue supporting the war-torn country against Russia. Talking in Kyiv during a rare visit with UK Foreign Secretary David Lammy, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken announces "325 million dollars in new funding". "Our support will not wane, our unity will not break," he adds.
Comments come as Russia's alleged acquisition of new short-range Iranian missiles threatens to ramp up Moscow's firepower. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
