At the Allo Beirut restaurant in Dubai, plastic containers are piled high, waiting to be filled and delivered across the city. Delivery manager Mohammed Shanan says he hopes the restaurant will soon implement a plan to phase out single use plastic in accordance with upcoming regulations.
