German police are enforcing enhanced border controls in Kehl, a German city on the border with the French city of Strasbourg. "I'm not against foreigners or anything like that, but I think it brings a bit of security," says Elle Rendigs, a German tourist from Hamburg. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
