Ghana’s main opposition party holds a protest to pressure the Electoral Commission into conducting a forensic audit of the electoral roll as soon as possible. The NDC, or National Democratic Congress, accused the Electoral Commission of tampering with the voter registry to favour the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), raising tensions three months before the December presidential elections.
