X social media users in Rio de Janeiro express their surprise and happiness at being able to access the platform again, following its suspension in Latin America's largest country due to a decision by the Supreme Court.
"From what my friends told me, yes, some managed to get in, others didn’t, but those who were able to access the network were very happy and sent me screenshots of their access," says a Rio de Janeiro resident. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
