Residents of Wroclaw in Poland hope the town will be spared from further flood damage seen across other central European areas. "I think the sandbags are enough," to ensure the town's safety, Ihle Chalupczak tells AFP. This afternoon, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen visits this southwestern Polish town to discuss efforts to rebuild the affected areas.
