A group of around several dozen people, including doctors and doctors union representatives, gather close to the Portuguese Ministry of Health in the capital Lisbon, to protest over pay and working conditions. "We continue to be among the lowest paid doctors in Europe," says Joana Bordalo e Sa, President of the National Federation of Doctors, which also announced the start of a two day nationwide doctors strike on its X social media account on Tuesday.
