Description
Strong waves crash onto beaches in southern Kaohsiung and northeastern Yilan as Taiwan braces for the arrival of Super Typhoon Krathon.
Taiwan, which does not have the super typhoon category, has upgraded Krathon to a "strong typhoon" as it is packing gusts of up to 245 kilometres (152 miles) an hour. IMAGES
