Ukraine's sports minister blasts a top International Olympic Committee figure for suggesting Russia could be quickly readmitted to the organisation if it starts obeying its rules. Matviy Bidny tells AFP the "entire Ukrainian sports community was very surprised, very outraged" by comments made by Juan Antonio Samaranch Junior, and invites the IOC vice president to visit Ukraine to see the "destroyed sports facilities" and talk to "athletes whose parents and relatives were killed as a result of Russian armed aggression."
