A number of curious and courageous tourists have regrouped in Portugal's Nazare to see Storm Kirk arrive on the European continent. "I flew in just for this. I've been watching it for two weeks," says Australian tourist Simonn Rode. Portugal's civil protection authority have reported more than 1,300 incidents overnight.
