Lebanon's Prime Minister Najib Mikati says Israeli troops were making brief cross-border incursions. "The information I have is that there are attack and retreat [operations]. There are brief incursions, but we do not have anything conclusive," says Mikati in an exclusive interview with AFP in Beirut. Israel said it had launched limited ground operations in neighbouring Lebanon about two weeks ago. SOUNDBITE
