The 3rd edition of the Art Basel Paris international contemporary art fair opens to industry professionals at the renovated Grand Palais. Although the event brings together artists, gallery owners, collectors and celebrities from all over the world, its director Clement Delepine says he is 'very keen to anchor the fair in the Parisian and French cultural landscape, and to make it a public event that people can make their own'.
