Dozens of women, dressed in the strict, mandatory dress code of white T-shirts, jeans and open-toed shoes, wait to visit relatives in the notorious Tocuyito prison in northern Venezuela, where 441 of the 2,400 people detained nationwide during the post-election violence are being held.
