German Chancellor Olaf Scholz welcomes US President Joe Biden to the Chancellery in Berlin ahead of addressing the situations in Ukraine and in the Middle East during a joint press conference. "As Ukraine faces a tough winter, we must sustain our resolve, our effort and our support," says Biden, while Scholz urges "that it is now more important than ever to prevent further escalation and a regional conflagration" in the Middle East.
