Residents of the Yvelines region, on the outskirts of Paris, suffer heavy flooding for the second time in less than two weeks. Rising water levels, caused by storm Kirk, already inundated Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and Gif-sur-Yvette on the night of Wednesday 9 to Thursday 10 October.
