US envoy Amos Hochstein meets with Lebanese parliament speaker Nabih Berri in Beirut amid heightened tensions between Israel and Hezbollah. Hochstein says during his visit to Beirut that the basis of a ceasefire between Israel and Hezbollah was a 2006 United Nations resolution but that it would require more than just commitments from the warring parties.
