Sirens ring out in Haifa while an interceptor missile is launched to counter rockets fired from Southern Lebanon. Hezbollah said it launched rockets early Tuesday at a "naval base" near the northern Israeli city, shortly after it said it targeted positions in Tel Aviv's suburbs. IMAGES
