In her cafe in the frontline Ukrainian city of Pokrovsk, Anna offers customers a glimpse of normality, her coffee machine temporarily drowning out the sounds of war. "Our guys need us," she says, "they also want to have their good cup of hot coffee". With Russian troops just 10 kilometres from the city, residents have been urged to leave, but thousands have chosen to stay.
