"Serbia's future is in the European Union", says European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen after meeting with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade. The EU chief cancelled talks with Serbia's Prime Minister Milos Vucevic on Friday because of his earlier meeting with a Russian minister. Serbia aspires to join the EU but has maintained friendly ties with Russia.
