It looks like an ordinary train waiting to depart an ordinary station. But through its fogged windows you can see the injured hands and faces of Ukrainian servicemen stretched out on hospital beds. Operated by the military, the train transports wounded soldiers to hospitals far away from the frontline. AFP was granted rare media access to the train.
